We’re two sisters 👭 with very different tastes but the same dream: to fill the world with beautiful, curious, joy-sparking things.

👩🎨 Pui (Yuan Xiaobei) is the big sister — a freelance illustrator with a Master of Fine Arts and a heart full of colors. Working mainly with acrylics, she blends bold colors and clean lines to create surreal, whimsical worlds filled with hybrid creatures and quiet symbolism. Inspired by surrealist art and literature, her work explores themes of nature, solitude, and transformation. 🧸 Ning is the little sister — a collector of odd little treasures, from cloud-shaped lamps to vases that look like they might talk to you when no one’s around. She believes home should be filled with charm, surprises, and stories. 🛋️✨📚

Together, we created Withning — a cozy corner of the internet 🌐🫶 where we share our favorite home decor finds and showcase Pui’s artwork. Think of it as a virtual living room filled with whimsy, warmth, and just the right amount of weird. 💕🍄🪴
